RE: HNP Supplement to MUR Power Uprate LAR Brenda/Som, I have looked at the revised Electrical Equipment Design descriptions provided in Enclosure 2 of the supplement to the LAR.

Although, the description relating to the iso-phase bus is still somewhat not clear (i.e., further clarifications will be required during RAI process), we can accept the LAR for further review.

Brenda, I have attached an electronic version of the HNP MUR Power Uprate LAR (Supplement) with the information that was requested during discussions held with the NRC over the last month. The attached version excludes two enclosures (enclosures 5 & 6) because of proprietary information. The original MUR Uprate LAR (submitted April 28, 2011) contains the identical enclosures. No information was changes in those enclosures. A full copy of the revised application has been placed in the mail.
