We have reviewed your request for comment, received on January 30, 2012, for the above referenced license renewal in accordance with our responsibilities under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and 36 CFR Part 800. After reviewing the information provided, it is our determination that the proposed license renewal will have no adverse effect on historic properties, as there is no construction, development, or demolition or other action proposed that would have an effect on cultural resources.
