Dear Mr. Reddemann.
This refers to an investigation conducted by the NRC's Office of Investigations regarding activities at Columbia Generating Station. The Office of Investigations initiated the investigation to determine whether a former contract project manager at Energy Northwest's Columbia Generating Station, Richland Washington was subjected to discrimination by Columbi a Generating Station management_
Based on the evidence developed during this investigation, the allegation that a former contract project manager at Columbia Generating Station was subjected to discrimination by Columbia Generating Station management was not substantiated. The NRC plans no further action related to the discrimination aspect of this allegation and considers this investigation closed_
