175 Freight Rd Rocky Mount, NC 27804 Description of the Deviation or Failure to Comply that is being Evaluated During performance of the post maintenance testing for the D EDG governor replacement modification, when the D EDG was given a normal stop signal from the control room, the D EDG did not idle as expected. Troubleshooting identified that the normally closed Relay Contact A4X-A4Y on Relay FSR1X was closed which caused the fuel actuator to go to zero. This caused the D EDG to shutdown instead of idle.
