Dear Ms. Warren:
Thank you for your response of February 2, 2015, to our Notice of Violation issued on
December 19, 2014, concerning activities conducted at your Aerotest Radiography and
Research Reactor facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the
requirements of 10 Code of Federal Regulations 2.201. We will examine the implementation of
your correctives action during a future inspection. We appreciate your cooperation in this
matter.
