The proposed LAR includes (1) modification of power distribution TSs, (2) modification of shutdown margin TSs (Harris only), (3) relocation of TS parameters to the core operating limits report, (4) adoption of the NRG-approved topical report for the COPERNIC code into the TSs, and (5) revision of beginning-of-cycle moderator temperature coefficient TSs (Robinson only).
