VVNP-2 OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21 ANNUALREPORT OF INDIVIDUALMONITORING Enclosed, as required by 10 CFR Part 20.2206(b), is the Supply System's Nuclear Plant No. 2 Report of Individual Monitoring for the 1997 calendar year. This report is being submitted in electronic format.. The report includes data for individuals for whom monitoring was required and those whom monitoring was provided, but not required.

Regulatory Guide 8.7, Revision 1, recommends using the following format on NRC Forms 4 and 5;

~ "NR" (Not Required) in the blocks to indicate the areas for which monitoring was not required,

~ "ND" (Not Detectable) in the blocks where monitoring was provided but not measurable, and

~ "NC" (Not Calculated) in the blocks if the Committed Effective Dose Equivalent (CEDE) does not exceed 1 rem and there are no over-exposures in any dose category within the monitoring year.

The Supply System's current computer software is unable to provide information using NR, ND, and NC. Our software initially contains. zeros in the following fields: Deep Dose Equivalent (DDE); Eye Dose Equivalent to the Lens of the Eye (LDE); Shallow Dose Equivalent/Whole Body (SDE/WB); Shallow Dose Equivalent/Max Extremity (SDE/ME); Committed Effective Dose Equivalent (CEDE); Committed Dose Equivalent, Maximally, Exposed Organ (CDE); Total Effective Dose Equivalent (TEDE); and Total Organ Dose Equivalent, Max Organ (TODE) When actual dose ~

data is input, these zeros are replaced with actual values. If no value is entered, the zeros remain. There are no provisions for entering letters.
