This is in response to your request of June 17, 1975, inviting our comments on the draft Susquehanna River Basin Commission's Water Resources Program.We have reviewed the draft of the Water Resources Program for the Susquehanna River Basin and determined that the proposed action does not have radiological health or safety impacts, nor will it adversely affect any activities subject to regulation by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
 
Accordingly, we have no significant comments or suggestions to offer.I am enclosing for your information a list of nuclear facilities
