OTHER ACTIVITIES", insert the following:1EP4Emergency Action Level and Emergency Plan Changes (71114.04) a.Inspection ScopeThe inspectors performed a screening review of Revision 22 of Section I of theDuane Arnold Energy Center Emergency Plan to determine whether the changes made in Revision 22 decreased the effectiveness of the licensee's emergency planning. The screening review of this revision did not constitute an approval of the changes and, as such, the changes are subject to future NRC inspection to ensure that the emergencyplan continues to meet NRC regulations. These activities completed one inspection sample. b.FindingsNo findings of significance were identified.3.On page 18, Section 4OA6.2, on the line below "President, on October 7, 2005" insertthe following:*Emergency Preparedness inspection with Mr. P.
