ISSUANCE OF ORDER FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF ADDITIONAL SECURITY MEASURES AND FINGERPRINTING FOR UNESCORTED ACCESS TO TURKEY POINT NUCLEAR PLANT INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION
This is to info rm the Commission that Immediately Effective Orders will be issued on or about April 14, 2010, to the above captioned licensee, requiring compliance with Additional Security Measures (ASMs) associated with Physical Protection, Access Authorization and Fingerprinting (EA-10-048).
