FW: Meeting with the Chairman re: Crystal River HI Marvin, Please find below one of the papers circulating the GBG office re: Crystal River. I now understand that Dr.Mallett doesn't have all the papers that John Monninger, Chairman's office referred to, but Dr. Mallett did indicate that if one googles "3D containment concrete delamination" one will get most of the papers that are circulating the Chairman's office. For example the India paper you mentioned, one on ageing management, etc.)Also, I wanted to share some thoughts Bruce shared with us. He mentioned it would be appropriate to include some kind of language in the special inspection charter regarding the how we will look at this generically.
He also mentioned some language on what are the programmatic impacts of the issue, for example, ageing management, license renewal. He doesn't specifically want to use the words license renewal, but to include something programmatically.
I'm working from home and can be reached a (b)(6)Thank you.Diana From; Hipschman, Thomas ,Sent: Thursday, October 08, 2009 3:55 PM To: Orders, William Cc: Monninger;.John
