The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) West Valley Demonstration Project (WVDP) is providing the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) with our responses to NRC comments on the subject documents.
Be advised that the enclosed NAC International supporting calculations are considered "Official Use Only" information relative to their proprietary nature. For this reason, DOE-WVDP requests that the enclosed supporting calculations be profiled in ADAMS as "sensitive and not public." This transmittal letter and the comment responses can be added to ADAMS as "non-sensitive and publicly available." Please let us know if NRC needs any additional information.
