NRC RISC Working Group 2Problem Statement_5-13-14.docx Victoria, Here is the draft problem statement for Working Group. It appears very different from the version that the industry provided.
However, it is not.
The major changes that we made can be characterized as follows: 1. We summarized the section under Major Objectives.
- 2. With respect to path forward/next steps, we added a step to "identify issues."
Note that the rest of the next steps are very similar to those proposed by industry.3. As mentioned during the public meeting, we revised some sentences so that they do not convey conclusions or suggest solutions.
