This revised request for change responds to the st.aff guidance *provided in* a July 1, 1985 teiephone conversation arid proposes to change existing

Specifications to make them: (1) more closely conform with the.fire protection sections of the Standard Technical Specifications; (2) cover the fire protection equipment added and system modifications required by Appendix R criteria and changes made to conform with the TMI Action: Plan for NUREG 0737, Item -III.D.3.4

This submittal revises: (1) the Fire ProtectiOn portion of our November 19, 1984* submittal
-Proposed Technical Specification Change Request -Control Room Habitability; and (2) the entire February 5, 1985 submittal
-Technical Specifications Change Request -Inspection
&-Testing of Fire Protection .Devices and Assemblies. --In view of the fact that two checks for $150.00 each were previously submitted with the aforementioned November 19, 1984 and February 5, 1985 Technical Specification Change Requests, no check is enclosed . .
