Dear Mr. Dietrich:

This letter is to inform you that effective November 3, 2013, Mr. Douglas A. Broaddus was assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief of the Plant Licensing IV-2 and Decommissioning Transition Branch. This branch in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, will have licensing oversight responsibility for the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3 (SONGS). Effective the same date, Mr. Brian Benney, the SONGS Licensing Project Manager, will also be assigned to this branch. Mr. Douglas A. Broaddus will continue to assume all licensing oversight and supervisory duties regarding SONGS. Mr. Broaddus may be reached at 301-415-8124 or via e-mail to Doug.Broaddus@nrc.gov.
