The bolded bracketed information shows text that should be filled in for the specific amendment; individual licensees would furnish site-specific nomenclature or values for these bracketed items. {NOTE: If the licensee is in the midst of a fuel transition, all types of fresh and once-burnt fuel should be evaluated to determine which provides the limiting MCPR 95/95, in accordance with the process discussed in traveler TSTF-564, Revision 1.} {NOTE: If a fuel type not included in Table 1 of traveler TSTF-564, Revision 1, is loaded as fresh or once-burnt fuel, the value of the MCPR95/95 reported for that fuel type must be calculated using the mean and standard deviation from a critical power correlation found to be acceptable by the NRC staff.
