During ,quarterly surveillance testing the isolation condenser

Circuit As Left*Setting High steam flow 417 + 3 inches High condensate flow 30 + 1 inch As Found Setting Tech Spec 426 .5", 435 .O" <425 inches 33.3", 33.5" -32 inches These switches initiate closure of the IC isolation valves in of line failure. C. Action by Licensee:

The licensee reset the. switches to the as-left setting shown above when the condition was found. After data was reviewed, it was decided that future settings would be left at 400 +/- 5 inches for steam flow and 28.5 +/-one inch for condensate flow. The licensee intends to report this occurrence in accordance with license requirement ...
