Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure Revision In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50 , Appendix E ,Section V , 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5), and 10 CFR 72.44(f), the following Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure (EPIP) has been revised with administrative and editorial changes: EPIP 12 Revision 0042 Effective Date Emergency Equipment and Supplies 1 2/19/2017 The above referenced revision continues to comply with regulations and there is no reduction in effectiveness of the plan. The revision includes adding signature and review blocks to allow for documentation of individual page inventory completion. There are no regulatory commitments in this letter.
