SUBJECT: ST. LUCIE NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - NRC SECURITY INSPECTION REPORT 05000335/2014201 AND 05000389/2014201
Dear Mr. Jensen:
On November 24, 2014, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security baseline inspection at your St. Lucie Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 and the NRC inspectors discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. Mark Fencl and other members of your staff.
Inspectors documented the results of this inspection in the enclosed inspection report.
NRC inspectors documented two findings of very low security significance (Green) in this report. These findings involved violations of NRC require ments. The NRC is treating these violations as non-cited violations (NCV), consistent with Section 2.3.2.a, of the Enforcement Policy.
