Zion submitted their original PSDAR on February 14, 2000, (ML003685879) within two years of permanent shutdown as required by 50.82. By an internal memo dated June 6, 2001, (ML011570620) we determined that the PSDAR met the requirements of 10 CFR 50.82(a)(4)(i). The PSDAR was updated on March 18, 2008, (ML080840398), and November 23, 2010, (ML103280376). As is our practice, we did not generate any written evaluation of the updates.

Alan, Zion did not submit a Decommissioning Plan because the regulations at 50.82 require power reactors to submit a Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report (PSDAR).

The PSDAR was updated on March 18, 2008, (ML080840398),

and November 23, 2010, (ML103280376).

As is our practice, we did not generate any written evaluation of the updates.
