Relocation of the NRC Emergency Notification System (ENS) and the Health Physics Network (HPN)
Phones at Cooper Nuclear Station

==Dear Mr. Madsen:==
This letter is written to request the relocation of the Emergency Operations Facility (EOF) ENS and HPN phones at the Cooper Nuclear Station.
The ENS phone, circuit GP01507, is to be relocated from the PBX room in the Security Building (present EOF) to the new EOF.
The HPN phone, circuit GDA02066, is to be relocated from the radiological assessment area in Conference Room 2 in the Security Building (present EOF) to the new EOF.
It is anticipated that the new EOF at Cooper Nuclear Station will be ready for occupancy and phone relocation in mid-March 1983. To support Emergency Plan training in the new EOF, it is specifically requested that the subject phones be relocated no later than April 1, 1983.
If you have any questions regarding this request, please contact my office.
Sincerely, N
Jay M.
