Pipe Crack Study Group (PCSG) Report L. C. Shao, Pipe Crack Study Group Chairman, stated in the last PCSG meeting that draft task inputs to the final PCSG report were to be submitted to him by December 1,1978. To date only the following draf t inputs have been received:

A. Taboada states that the Task 6 and 12 inputs will also bt submitted by December 8.
The main purpose of the PCSG meeting on December 18 and 19, is to review these inputs and coordinate the task report interfaces. To accomplish this, the PCSG members must have copies of all task inputs in advance for their detailed review.
All PCSG members must submit their inputs to me now for distribution.
