In accordance with 10 CFR 72.248(a)(1), TN Americas LLC herewith submits the UFSAR, Revision 4 for the CoC 1042 NUHOMS EOS System for docketing.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.248(c)(5), this update to the UFSAR incorporates changes to the NUHOMS EOS System implemented by TN Americas LLC under 10 CFR 72.48 since the submittal of UFSAR Revision 3 (Reference) on June 17, 2020 through June 17, 2022. This update includes incorporation of CoC 1042 Amendment 2.

I certify that this submittal accurately presents changes made from June 18, 2020 up to and including June 17, 2022.

The UFSAR changed areas are marked as follows.

New or changed pages show Revision 4 and June 2022 in their footer area.

Changed areas are generally indicated using single revision bars in the margin. Newly inserted text is generally shown by italics.

Pages that are changed by Amendment 2-only have revision bars and no annotation.
