This will acknowledge receipt of Mr. Kovach's letter dated December 23,

1992, in response to our le'.ter dated November 23, 1992, transmitting a Notice

of Violation associated with an operator performing work which was

specifically prohibited by the radiation work permit which he had signed at

your LaSalle County Nuclear Power Station.

We have reviewed your corrective

actions and have no further questions at this time.

These corrective actions

will be examined during future inspections.
