Redirection of Previously Proprietary Material into the Public l

l The information provided iri Enclosure 1 of this memo was originally submitted with Westinghouse letter NTD-NRC-94-4346 dated November 21,1994 and was identifed as proprietary (See Accession #9412020134). Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-5759 dated August 171998, (Enclosure 2), states that the information in Enclosure 1 is no longer considered proprietary.

Therefore, I have removed the Westinghouse proprietary markings from Enclosure 1 so that it can be placed into the public files. :
