On behalf of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), I am providing the agencys Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) report for fiscal year (FY) 2021,
including the cover letter that accompanied the report when the NRC sent it to the Office of Management and Budget in October 2021.

The NRC remains fully committed to maintaining the security of its automated information systems. As such, the agency has committed to resolving the FY 2020 13 recommendations made by the Inspector General and is developing a plan to address the Inspector Generals section of the enclosed FY 2021 FISMA report.
