The purpose of this letter is to correct the record regarding an error made in issuing Certificate Amendment Number 1 for the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant. The amendment was transmitted to you by a letter, signed by Carl J. Paperiello, which was incorrectly dated February 4,1997.
