| This refers to the virtual public meeting conducted on March 31, 2021, between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and your staff. Approximately 60 people attended the public meeting, including members of the general public, with representatives from the several state and local government organizations.

| During the meeting, the NRC presented the results of the annual assessment of safety performance at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2020, as documented in NRC Inspection Report 05000416/2020006, issued March 3, 2021, (ADAMS Accession No. ML21055A008). Your staff presented the stations perspective regarding the issues that contributed to the stations performance in the Degraded Performance Column (Column 3) of the NRCs Reactor Oversight Process (ROP) Action Matrix. During the public question-and-answer portion of the meeting, there were questions from the public regarding actions necessary for the station to be re-assessed into Column 1 of the ROP Action Matrix, the stations previous power uprate license amendment, and the testing of plant equipment.
