This letter is in response to the September 27,1999,' letter from Mr. P. Salas, the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Licensing and Industry Affairs Manager, to the NRC. This letter provided Tennessee Valley Authority's (TVA) response to the NRC risk determination associated with a June 30,1999, flooding event at your Sequoyah facility.
