SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-382/98-13

Dear Mr. Dugger:

From August 31 through September 1, and October 5-8,1998, a medium- and low-voltage I

power circuit breaker inspection was conducted at your Waterford Steam Electric Station,

. Unit 3, reactor facility. The enclosed report presents the scope and results of that inspection.  ;

At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with you and those members

of your staff identified in the report.

in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its

enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
