This letter is a follow-up to Energy Northwest's verbal request for extension of response time to the subject Notice of Violation.
This letter is a follow-up to Energy Northwest's verbal request for extension of response time to the subject Notice of Violation. The verbal request for extension was made via telephone communication between Bill Jones (NRC Region IV Branch Chief) and Christina Perino (Columbia, Licensing Manager) on July 23, 2002, to allow additional time to perform further analysis of events surrounding the violation. The request for extension was granted and Columbia's response accepting the violation will be sent on or before August 21, 2002.
