The NOV response contained two commitments with the scheduled completion date of March 31, 1994. The commitments were stated as follows:

| The revised schedule for completion of these commitments is September 23, 1994, for Item a and June 17, 1994, for Item b.

| Drawing deviations (DDs) have been worked in accordance with the priorities described to NRC before the Unit 2 start-up. The current-status of this commitment is as follows:

| completed as part of the Category 3E. upgrade (June 17).

| * The remaining backlog DDs on Category 3 drawings will be completed by September 23. This new schedule will facilitate an orderly completion of work consistent with' site goals and. priorities.

| Category 3E' drawing upgrade work was approximately 75 percent complete as of the middle of February 1994. A dedicated group is working on this task. The completion of this backlog item has fallen behind because the effort has been'more time consuming than predicted.
