SUMMARY

The unit continued with its end of cycle coast until 10/03/03 when it ramped down from 89% power to commence its ninth refueling outage. The unit tripped on 10/31/03, shortly after reaching 100% power.

This yielded an availability factor of 19% and a capacity factor of 14.5% based on the MDC value of 1155.3 Net Mwe.
