The individual petitioners live in the vicinity of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (Docket Number 50-346). The concern of the petitioners is EA-03-214, an immediate effective Confirmatory Order Modifying the license for Davis- Besse. The Confirmatory Order describes the steps taken by the Licensee to correct certain plant structural and safety defects. The Order was published in the Federal Reqister at 69 Fed.
