Northern States Power Company - a Minnesota Corporation (NSPM) submits this letter pursuant to its continuing disclosure obligation under 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(d). Other than the Draft Environmental Impact Statement, which the NRC staff has already provided to the parties, NSPM has identified no new materials requiring disclosure since its previous letter to the parties, filed on October 30, 2009 in this proceeding.
