The inspection will be comprised of resident inspectors and a regional reactor inspector from the NRC Region IV office. The inspection will be conducted in accordance with Inspection Procedure 93800 and multiple reactor oversight process baseline inspection procedures. The schedule for the inspection is as follows: In-office preparation: September 10 - 14, 2012 Onsite inspection: September 17 - 21, 2012 This inspection is resource intensive both for the NRC inspectors and your staff. In order to minimize the impact to your onsite resources and to ensure a productive inspection, we have enclosed a request for documents needed for this inspection. Please note that the documents are requested to be provided by September 4, 2012. In addition, we request that appropriate personnel knowledgeable of each of the unresolved items documented in NRC Inspection Report 0500458/2012009 be available to support the inspectors during the onsite inspection week.
