The sturgeons were confirmed by a site biological expert to be Atlantic sturgeons, which are 'endangered' species. Atlantic sturgeons are federally listed as 'endangered' species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. Nuclear Environmental Affairs has made a determination that this is a 4 hr report to the NRC under RAL 11.8.2.a. | |||
