ORDER On May 10, 2018, Reed College and the NRC Staff filed a stipulated motion to set a briefing schedule with respect to Reed Colleges anticipated motion to quash, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.702, an NRC-issued subpoena in the above-captioned case. After reviewing the stipulated motion, I am approving the following briefing schedule:
- 1. Reed Colleges motion to quash shall be due on or before May 18, 2018;
- 2. The NRC Staffs opposition to Reeds motion shall be due on or before June 8, 2018.
This Order is issued under my authority in 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(a).
