NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BETWEEN THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION STAFF AND THE EXPERT PANEL FOR THE WOLF CREEK ADVANCED FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSES DATE & TIME:
PURPOSE:       The purpose of this meeting is for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and the industry to discuss the draft report on the Advanced Finite Element Fracture Mechanics Analyses that the industry intends to submit on July 6, 2007. Results and ongoing issues concerning weld residual stresses, validation, and acceptance criteria will be discussed.
