ORDER The NRC Staff has petitioned for review of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards August 28, 2009 Initial Decision (LBP-09-24), ruling in favor of Mr. Geisen with regard to his request for hearing on the Staffs Order prohibiting him from involvement in NRC-licensed activities for a period of five years.1 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(e), the time within which the Commission may rule on the petition for review is hereby extended until further notice.
