d. Verify reactor coolant system instrument line flow check valve operability as specified in 3.13.
2. b. 2. Whenever a primary containment automatic isolation valve is inoperable, the position of the isolated valve in each line having an inoperable valve shall be recorded daily.

2.c. Continuous Leak Rate Monitor When the primary containment is inerted, the containment shall be continuously monitored for gross leakage by review of the inerting system makeup requirements.

This monitoring system may be taken out of service for maintenance but shall be returned to service as soon as practicable.
