Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Completion of Security Force Personnel Working Hours Review In letter L-05-047 dated March 7, 2005, FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) committed to perform a verification and validation review, by March 8, 2005, of the Security force personnel working hours for the period of October 29, 2003 (when Order EA-03-038 became effective) to February 18, 2005. As requested by the NRC staff; a copy of the report documenting this review is attached.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(b)(1)(ii), FENOC requests the NRC waive the affidavit requirements that normally apply with requests for withholding under 10 CFG 2.390 since the information contained in this letter and its attachment relates to security matters.

Conclusions/Findings:

The BVI'S Site ProtectionSection is in compliancewith the Group Working Hourlimits as specified in EA 03-038.

Contraryto EA-03-038, FitnessForDuty EnhancementjorNuclear Security Force Personnel,36 occurrenceswere identified in which individualwork hour limits were exceeded. This indicatesa non-compliance relative to the individualwork hour limits specified in the Order. Ci # 05-01556 was initiatedto document these occurrences.
