As the Board prepares to hold a pre-hearing status teleconference on Monday, September 24, Clearwater would like to reiterate that we intend to present a witness whose primary language is Spanish to support our environmental justice contention (CW-EC-3A). To facilitate this witnesss oral testimony we respectfully request that interpretation services be provided. As the Board prepares to hold a pre-hearing status teleconference on Monday, September 24, Clearwater would like to reiterate that we intend to present a witness whose primary language is Spanish to support our environmental justice contention (CW-EC-3A).
