ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD TO HEAR ORAL ARGUMENT SEPT. 30 REGARDING CROW BUTTE LICENSE RENEWAL The Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB) will hear oral arguments Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 in Chadron, Neb., regarding the application of Crow Butte Resources, Inc., to renew its license for its in-situ leach uranium recovery facility in Crawford, Neb.
