- 1. In Sections 14.1, 14.4.6, and 22.1, the licensee commits to using Revision 1 of Regulatory Guide (RG) 5.66 to satisfy the requirements of 10 CFR 73.56. However, the latest revision of RG 5.66 is Revision 2. Which revision of RG 5.66 is the licensee using to satisfy the reqUirements of 10 CFR 73.56? Additionally, the licensee should make appropriate changes during the next revision of the site's PSP to ensure the revision of RG 5.66 is correct in accordance with 10 CFR 73.55(b)(7).
- 2. In Section 14.4.4, the licensee describes vehicle searches at the protected area.
The language in this section was changed to account for Security Frequently Asked Question (SFAQ) 12-06. However, the language in the PSP does not match the resolution to SFAQ 12-06. Describe how the site meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.55(h)(3)(i) for armed security officers described in Section 14.4.4 of the PSP.
Additionally, the licensee should make appropriate changes during the next revision of the site's PSP to ensure the language clearly describes the searches at the protected area in accordance with 10 CFR 73.55(c)(3).
