Catawba 1 and 2 response to Recommendation 2.3 , Flooding Walkdown RAIs (TACs MF0210 & MF0211)
- Dave, On 12/23/13, the NRC issued an RAI to most plants, regarding Near-Term Task Force Recommendation 2.3, Flooding Walkdowns (ADAMS Accession No. ML13325A891). The RAI requested a response by 1/31/14.
Per our phone conversation on 01/07/14, you stated that Duke Energy could provide a response for Catawba 1 and 2, by 2/14/14. This e-mail documents the NRC staff agreement that Duke Energy will provide a response to the subject RAI for Catawba, Units 1 and 2, by 2/14/14.
