In accordance with paragraph F of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards September 4, 2009 Protective Order, the State of New York today serves copies of Nondisclosure Agreements and Acknowledgments for Lisa Burianek and Alan Belensz dated April 3, 2015 with a Certificate of Service via the public portal of the NRCs Electronic Information Exchange (EIE) in the above-referenced proceeding. The State previously consulted with counsel for Entergy about the States request, and Entergy did not object.

In addition, I am cautiously hopeful that the difficulty this Office previously encountered with the EIE system has been resolved. It appears that the IBM signature Lotus Form Server 8.0.1.0 plug in application used by the EIE has somehow become incompatible with this Offices operating system and protocol. The State notes this issue in case other participants here or in other proceedings are encountering electronic filing difficulties.

Indian Point Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2 and Unit 3 Docket Nos. 50-247-LR/50-286-LR; ASLBP No. 07-858-03-LR-BD01

Dear Administrative Judges:

Respectfully submitted, Signed (electronically) by John J. Sipos Assistant Attorney General (518) 776-2380 THE CAPITOL, ALBANY, N.Y. 12224-0341 PHONE (518) 776-2400 FAX (518) 650-9363 WWW.AG.NY.GOV
