ISSUANCE OF LICENSE AMENDMENTS AND CONFIRMATORY ORDER MODIFYING LICENSES FOR PREEMPTION AUTHORITY This is to inform the Commission that a Confirmatory Order and conforming License Amendments will be issued on or about December 29, 2015, to the above licensees who voluntarily applied to the Commission for Section 161A preemption authority.
