Davis'RC-Region III March 16, 1987, letter we are submitting, as attachments to this letter, the scenario, scope and objectives for the 1995 Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant emergency plan exercise. The scenario, scope and objectives were submitted to Mr. James McCormick-Barger of the Region III office prior to the exercise, which was conducted on May 9, 1995.

The exercise messages and plant data sheets are not included in this submittal, at the recommendation of J. E. Foster, senior emergency preparedness analyst, Region III.
