[External_Sender] Webinar Since SONGS is storing the fuel that the DOE is not accepting, and, as a result SCE is receiving settlement money, from the DOE, as a result of the DOE breaching its contract, and, since the Committee stated in the webinar that it does not have a backup plan, should one of the canister leak, since the NRC is not concerned about the integrity of the canisters, is the settlement money being awarded to SCE going back into the decommissioning trust for, or back to ratepayers? If the later, where is the line item for refund in a ratepayers utility bill.
Thank you, Sarah Akerson ML19165A110
